As a board-certified hypnotherapist, I am a proponent of holistic healing in conjunction with traditional healing. But, how do you find what works for you? That’s why I created a retreat specifically for women who want to explore alternative healing modalities and discover new ways to prioritize their well-being and self-care.
This retreat is a safe and supportive space where you can:
• Learn about and experience alternative healing modalities like energy healing, sound healing, and acupuncture
• Connect with like-minded women who share your desire to explore new ways of healing and self-care
• Practice yoga, meditation, and other mindfulness techniques to reduce stress and increase resilience

Experienced facilitators who are experts in alternative healing modalities will guide you on your journey of self-discovery and healing. You'll have the opportunity to learn about a variety of modalities and find what works best for you.
